Terms of use
By using Splitter you agree to these terms.
The service
Splitter helps you record shared expenses and works out who owes whom. The app doesn't move or hold money between members; transfers between them happen outside it, and they record them themselves.
Some features may be paid, and the app may show ads.
Balances are built from what members enter, so check amounts before you transfer.
Your account
- You're responsible for your sign-in details and for what happens in your account.
- Use a real email you can reach — it's your only way back into the account.
What you add
- What you add in an activity is seen by its members. Don't add anyone's details without their permission.
- Don't use the app for anything unlawful, to harass others, or to try to reach other people's accounts.
Subscriptions
If you subscribe to paid features, buying, renewing, cancelling and refunds go through the App Store or Google Play under their policies. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it in your store account settings before the period ends.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend any account that breaks these terms.
Liability
We provide the service as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available but can't promise it is free of errors or interruptions, and we aren't party to disagreements between members over amounts or transfers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
